God of War III

God of War III Review

This is the first God of War I've ever played. When the first two came out I has under 17, so my parents wouldn't let me have them. I borrowed this from a friend, and I throughly enjoyed doing so.

Pros:
- Some of the best visuals I've seen, especially facial animations

- Combat is fast paced and generally does not get boring.

- Decent length

- Two extra Game modes

- Story was better than I imagined it would be

- Easy Platinum Trophy (6 days for me)

- boss fights were challenging, but beatable.

CONS:
- a few notable glitches (i.e. Infinite health and maxed out weapons glitch, and a glitch preventing forward progress before the Forge the first time.)

- Thought the ending would have been a little better.

Overall, a fantastic game that I recommend to anyone who is considering playing it. You won't regret it!

God of War III Feature

  • True to the series roots, the four pillars of game play - brutal combat, intricate puzzles, exploration of awe-inspiring worlds, and a compelling story - all return.
  • God of War III is the epic conclusion to the Greek mythological trilogy, which will complete Kratos' story that began in the original title for the PlayStation 2.
  • New deadly weapons like the Cestus, powerful metal gauntlets with devastating strength, and other brutal instruments of war that open up ruthless new techniques.
  • The menacing creatures of Greek mythology can now be manipulated against their will, to cross chasms, inflict blind rage against enemies, reveal puzzles and secrets, and as tools of complete annihilation.
  • God of War III picks up exactly where God of War II left off ? Kratos must take his quest for vengeance to the very stronghold of the Zeus.
God of War III is a single player action game, exclusive to the PlayStation 3, and the final installment of the God of War trilogy. Containing signature and addictive God of War gameplay — a combination of over-the-top action combat, exploration and puzzle-solving — along with an engrossing mythologically inspired storyline and a selection of new weapons and a new weapons system, it is a fitting conclusion to the much praised God of War franchise.

God of war III - TeRry P. -
The game is just great in its way, same feeling from the previous version. However, for this 3rd version everything is just bigger, gigantic stuffs, with amazing graphics. It's like u r seeing the monsters that u can't even fight at all, however in the end u can just kill everything that is impossible. Only one downside for this game is it's getting really brutal and sadistic, parents should be adviceed.

GoW3 has a great story. If you like action it jumps right in it from the beginning just like the other ones. I was really amazed by the graphics and camera angles. Unlike anything out there. If you are a gamer at all this game is a MUST!
